The Joker, a documentary biography about the artist Lotfy Labib, a graduation project for CIC Mass Communication students in 2024, won an Appreciation Certificate at the Egyptian-American Film and Arts Festival in its fourth edition. 

The film was among 2,700 entries from 102 countries.

The film also won the “Audience Award” at the 54th edition of the Digital Gate International Short Film Festival (DGIFF) in Algeria.
